I just finished a RoadSlayer GT template with paintable Firebird hood logo, hood scoop, 455 HO hood scoop decals, and a choice of Goodyear or Hoosier tire decals.

I wish BB would release their mesh templates to make it easier for modders to do skins. Other popular race games do that.  :)

Thanks guys. I now have templates for the Sunrise Super, Tristar, and Speedemon.

I'd like to have the UV maps to use as a layer for positioning graphics, but I believe someone with 3DSMax or maybe Blender has to load the 3D car model and extract the UV map.

I gave that Bulldog front end decorations as well.

    Edit/

I originally thought this was the all-awesome screenshot thread, and added one, but now I removed my screenshot. lol

Is the Raster 1 layer just a grayscale version of the headlights?

Does your website no longer exist?  I attempted to stop by there to take a look at these templates and it seems to not exist anymore.  Getting a DNS Probe error.

    Nope.

Bill removed/changed his profiles, website, and all Wreckfest workshop content after some guy was copying popular workshop mods to another website so that non steam members could download the mods.

The photoshop files contained several layers that included body color, rust and rust free layers, some decal layers, and layers that had other details, like chrome trim and top colors for various vehicles.
Basically, you could easily create new layers to change colors, or place graphics easily with his templates.
Pick the layers you want, save as a Targa (filename.tga) file, and convert to Bugbear .bmap files to have custom skins in the game.

There are some links to older UV maps and other skinning info in a thread in the modding forum. I'll give that thread a bump, but the info is not all current.

Janne has said that he was willing to have Bugbear release UV maps for the vehicles at some point when they have time.

    Anything specific you're looking for?
