Game performance degrades over time ending with the game eventually crashing to desktop.

I've been playing the full release version of Wreckfest this morning on the same rig that has been playing it in Early Access without issue. The game performance slowly degrades, symptoms being increasingly dropping framerate before the game finally crashes completely.

As I said, this game ran great in Early Access on this machine and the settings are all the same.

Same here.

I bought the game in january 2014.
The developers still did not managed to fix the annoying stuttering/fps drops in the multiplayer-lounge.
Furthermore since the release it`s not possible to play online because the game crashs or the fps drops to 5-20 after a few seconds.
In singleplayer everything is fine.

Might have something to do with the problem described in this steam thread

from 'Nelly D Racer': "VRAM Issue since latest update.

It looks like there is a VRAM memory leak with this game that has started happening with the latest update.
(he means the final release, not the hotfix)

This video was initially intended for the developers to view but as as there's been no response from them I've made this public. Also this is a raw video which is why there is no intro. This video shows VRAM usage is fine for the first three races, after which it starts getting really high.

system is as follows:
I7 7700K,
32 Gig DDR4,
Titan X Pascal,
Windows 10."
