ISSUE
During gameplay, I experience consistent frame drops. The video below shows my streaming session from the other night where it was happening constantly. I go from 60fps to 40fps, back to 60fps, down to 30fps, back to 60fps, etc. etc. The video starts at 8:18 because that's where it was pretty consistent. It's not the stream glitching, I'm experiencing this in game. I complained about it the entire stream :P

DESCRIPTION
I tried the following to resolve it and none of these things worked:

- Toggled vsync on and off
- Tried low, medium and high graphics
- Disabled MSAA and FXAA
- This was all in singleplayer so it isn't due to network lag
- I have the latest driver (398.82)
- A reboot was done prior to launching the game

Does the stuttering still happen if you run just Wreckfest and no twitter?

I assume you mean streaming to Twitch, but I got ya. :)

Better yes, but the issue is still somewhat present. It doesn't happen as often and the frame rates don't drop as low, but it's still a noticeable stutter on medium graphics and it drops to about 50fps.
