FAILED TO CONNECT TO RIDGE RACER SERVER

I have just bought 12 PC copies of this game yesterday for my gaming centre !

It wont connect online! And i cant get any multiplayer gaming going at all!
"Failed to connect to Ridge racer server" everytime - every PC !

I bought these copies for multiplayer arcade style action for the kids at my gaming centre !
If i cant connect online and get multiplayer going - then i want my money back on all 12 copies!

Don't think u'r alone 
I can connect to RR server but I still cannot join a game on line, multiplayer just doesn't work for me and that's all.

A racing game without multiplayer is completely useless.
