Same goes for me.. First one to join is not able to use Event Settings..

Another question: when running the dedicated server, wreckfest.exe drains around 50%CPU on an empty server. Am I the only one having that issue?

I'm seeing about 30% for the dedicated server on a 4.5ghz 3570k. Seems like quite a bit for just idling.

Wreckfest itself uses about 50-60% when I turn down the details some to host with the client.

If you join OLDr Saggy Circuit and are the first one on you should be able to.

Nope, I just tried it with nobody in the lobby. Event settings is greyed out.
I was on OLDr Saggy Circuit and was able to change settings as 1st player. Left and came back later on as 2nd player and was still treated as host.
Perhaps I hadn't logged out of Wreckfest??

there is a setting to keep player privileges , was going to test that as well see how it works with a previous host then anew person entering first.

Tried joining  one of yours just to see and it told me I had the wrong client version?

I tested again today my server with Royce.

# 0 = first to join receives owner privileges, 1 = doesn't receive owner privileges
owner_disabled=0

I set owner_disabled to owner_disabled=0 and had Royce join my server where he was in the lobby by himself and Event settings is greyed out. Then close my server and tweak config file to owner_disabled=1, start server back up, Royce joins and still Event settings is greyed out.

I tried to join a few more empty dedicated servers today and none of them would let me change the track. :(

First person that join a dedicated server host without a admin, can start the count down timer. And if there two Admins in the lobby, both Admins can start the timer at anytime.

Weird, went into fodders server last night and nothing was greyed out.

Was in my  own server, two people joined,  race started automatically, no timer at all.  when the 2nd person clicked ready, game started, even though there were only three of us.

And you were not ready up? When all players are ready up, race\derby will start automatically. If someone not ready, then timer should kick in.

I join some more empty dedicated servers yesterday and none would let me change the track. Event setting was greyed out.

I have forwarded those ports from router.
Tested with HTTP-server and port forwards were fine?
I also disabled Windows Firewall just to be sure.
I can see my server on LAN -tab, but not on Internet -tab.

Code: [Select]
netstat -a | find "LISTEN"...doesn't show ports 27015, 27016 or 33540

Code: [Select]
netstat -a | find "33540"...doesn't show anything.

Code: [Select]
netstat -a | find "27016"UDP    0.0.0.0:27016          *:*

Code: [Select]
netstat -a | find "27015"UDP    0.0.0.0:27015          *:*

Don't get any errors from console:
* 14:21:24 Starting server...
* 14:21:25 - Bot 1 has joined.
* 14:21:26 Server connected to Steam.

LAN is set to 0 in config file?

# Lan
# 0 = use Steam, 1 = without Steam
lan=0
