I've noticed that in every game trailer and main menu background video road king has a 95 number on the door(s). Was it changed or something? Also, does anyone have the files of the texture? Just curious :V

I don't recall the Roadking having a number on the skin/texture. I have the stock skins/textures and none of them has a number. Maybe it was a custom skin in a mod?

"Earlier versions of the game showed Road King with numbers '95' on the doors and the hood, while the cover for the videogame showed it with numbers '2' and a blower scoop on its hood. These are absent in the final game."

Yup, that's what I wanted to say basically. Maybe the old texture (with 95 number) can still be found in the game's files? It would have also been nice if someone told me how to dig through the game's files by myself.

Have to unpack the bfs files. Here link to the unpacker we used at Flatout Joint for Flatout 2 and UC:

Here is a link : http://www.mediafire.com/download/qgh6gdw65fhzwq8/BFSpack_V2.1.zip

It is not adware.

Extract the .rar open the folder and start BFS3pack_smart_gui.exe.
Right click the icon and select FlatOut Ultimate Carnage.
Drag and drop your file to the icon, to compress a data file to a .bfs file or to uncompress a .bfs file to a data file for editing.

Hope this helps.
Flatout Joint, where the mods were.

i5 2500, 8GB, Nvidia 660 960, SB Recon, Win 10 or Win7 64bit, DFGT Wheel
