Sine I live in a barrel I only recently discovered that Re-Volt is currently a free game with great community support, multiplayer network and mods.

I used to play this game alot. Was a blast, still got the disc, but that don't work on win7.
The revoltrace version does work, but can't hear any music for some reason.
Also I don't know if posting the link here is safe, the game isn't abandonware anymore as the copyright is owned by some korean company that started milking the game with a poor mobile version.

I see. Music plays here fine, but I'm using a version from.. a very popular Russian website. EDIT: Apparently I don't, at least not from there, but there are a couple releases there.

Not really. Don't even have the twitchy (as they should be) physics that Re-Volt and even Micro Machines had. Just racing toy cars with boring physics.
