Hearing the car sounds gets boring. It would be nice if the were, "radio stations." i have tried to play music in another window, but it will lessen the sound when the game starts and it gets muffled out by the cars.

I usually turn off music in racing games, as i'd rather listen to the V8 soundtrack.

That's something called audio ducking, and is something that can be disabled in windows if you don't want it.

If you're not on Windows 7 it should still be in a similar place.

In regard to music in the game, I'm sure they will have a game soundtrack before they hit release

Currently, the music on/off option affects both races and replays. I wish we had a separate sound option to have the music play during replays, but have it off during actual races.
