Problem with transparent textures or alpha channel.

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me. I have already tried many things and they do not solve the problem I have when converting an nR2003 circuit.
It happens to me the same as "Dalags" see first image of the post: "http://community.bugbeargames.com/threads/alpha-texture-issues-on-track-scenery.10105/"

Objects behind the fence go through the fence as if they were in front of it but behind it. I've tried png, tga files with "_c5" at the end of the name but can't fix it.

I also tried to create a new mesh in case the original was the one that gave the error but without result.
